Policy Regarding Inappropriate Behaviour

At Queen St. Beauty, we believe that every individual deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. While we understand that everyone has bad days, but we will not tolerate our staff being treated poorly. This is why we have a 2 -strike policy. If, for any reason, we experience any rude or disrespectful behaviour, whether it be in person or through any correspondence to our staff from the bride, any person in or associated with the bridal party, or any vendor associated with the wedding, our clients will be warned once. If it happens again, Queen St. Beauty will reserve the right to cancel any services and issue a refund for your deposit. We recognize that these situations are few and far between, but we feel like it’s essential to be open and transparent about where we stand. 

COVID-19 Policy

At Queen St. Beauty, we respect your decision to wear a mask or not; it is up to you and your personal preference. Upon arrival, please let us know whether or not you would like our stylists to wear a mask before your services commence. Since your vaccination status is personal medical information, we do not require proof of vaccination or ask you about your status. We understand and recognize that during this time, everyone has different comfort levels. If the vaccination status of our stylists is important to you, please do not hesitate to inform us of this before the appointment, and we will make the appropriate accommodations to pair you with a vaccinated artist.
